Send us your CV and — if you have them — references and diplomas. If you have further documents, e.g. an apprenticeship certificate, a letter of recommendation or similar, you can forward those too, in any format (PDF, DOCX, JPEG and so on). It also helps if we have a profile or application photo of you.
As soon as your application reaches us, kollabo reviews your documents carefully and holds a personal onboarding call with you. We then stay with you until you have found a suitable job through one of our vetted partner agencies.
Because kollabo is a placement intermediary and not your employer, we cannot change the actual working conditions ourselves. We are happy to help you open a conversation with the staffing agency, though — or to help you to a new job through a different partner agency. Just get in touch by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp and we will deal with it straight away.
kollabo is completely free for you as an applicant — and always will be. kollabo is financed by the staffing agencies, which, much like on a job board, pay for access to our candidate pool.
